Terms and Conditions

This website is operated by Freestyle Dance and Active Wear and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery

All orders will be desptached as soon as possible after your payment has been accepted. This is subject to stock availability. Delivery times quoted below are based on stock items. Non-stock items will be despatched according to your chosen delivery method as soon as they arrive at Freestyle Dance and Active Wear.

Standard delivery will use Royal Mail’s 1st Class service whilst a Next Day Special Delivery is available at additional cost (orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday).

Costs

Standard (3 - 5 working days) £3.50
Express (next day delivery) £7.95

Please note that delivery charges are not able to be refunded should an item be returned for exchange or refund.

Freestyle Dance and Active Wear will be closed on the following days:

Good Friday, Easter Monday
Bank Holidays

All orders placed during this time will be despatched on the next working day, subject to stock availability.

We accept no responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit unless notified in writing from your contact address within 10 days of receipt of damaged goods.

Please note that we only delivery to the UK.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and exclude packing and carriage costs. Delivery charges are as detailed on our website. Special offers or promotions are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Prices are quoted are without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice. We are not responsible for any pricing or typographical errors on this website and reserves the right to cancel any orders placed on this basis.

Returns

Any stock items may be returned for credit refund of the goods only within 30 days from date of despatch. Goods must be in their original product packaging and must be received in the same condition as when despatched from Freestyle Dance and Active Wear. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet this criteria.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days from date of despatch and will incur no additional delivery costs. Any additional items purchased will incur standard delivery costs. We recommend that any returned parcels are sent via a recorded service as we accept no responsibility for lost parcels.

Products

All products are subject to stock availability. We will aim to supply the same item as detailed on the website but may offer alternative products that may vary by manufacturer or colour. We will inform you of any stock amendments to your order.

Payment

Payment can be made via cheque or credit card. Goods will not be despatched until payment has been accepted.

Privacy

In order to process your order we need to ask for your name, address and contact details. We keep these details on file so that we know who our customers are and we can deal with any service queries or returns.

All information provided to Freestyle Dance and Active Wear will be held securely and will not be divulged to third parties.
