Freestyle Dance and Active Wear was launched in June 2008 by Emma Knox, the owner of Elite Dance and Fitness, a thriving Flintshire-based dancing school and fitness centre.

Freestyle began as a retail outlet in the busy market town of Buckley in Flintshire, North Wales, offering dance and fitness clothing and accessories to dancers in the local area. In 2009, the business progressed to include an online facility.

As a fully quailified dance teacher and fitness instructor, the owner of Freestyle Dance and Active Wear, Emma Knox, understands what dancers and fitness enthusiasts need.
